Standard Range Internal Doors
Our Standard Range gives you a well-made internal door without the premium specification. Every door is custom manufactured to your size and design, so it fits openings that off-the-shelf doors don’t.
Best for: new builds, renovations and replacement doors in homes, offices and developments.
Choose Your Material
- MDF (medium density fibreboard): a smooth, even surface that is ideal for a painted finish in any colour.
- Natural wood veneer: a layer of real timber over a stable core, giving you the grain of real wood.
- Solid timber: the warmth, weight and character of real wood all the way through. Reeded, clear or frosted glass can be built into the design.
Standard Range doors are 40–44mm thick.
With or Without Door Frames
Standard Range doors can be supplied with a new door frame, or as a door only to fit an existing frame. That makes them a practical choice for renovations as well as new builds.
Hinge Options
Choose concealed hinges for a clean, seamless look, or traditional butt hinges. Hinges come in black, silver or brass finishes.
Optional Acoustic and Thermal Seals
Add a Raven drop-down seal at the bottom of the door and seals around the frame. Together, they reduce noise and draughts between rooms and help keep warm or cool air where you want it. See our weather seals for more on how seals work.
Premium Range: Swiss Style Rebated Internal Doors
Our Premium Range is for projects where quiet, comfort and a seamless finish matter most. Each Swiss style door is supplied as a complete system: door, solid timber frame, perimeter seal and concealed hinges.
Best for: bedrooms, studies, home offices, luxury homes, hotel rooms and suites.
What Is a Swiss Style Rebated Door?
A Swiss style rebated door is an internal door with a single rebate, or stepped edge, that overlaps the door frame when it closes. The overlap hides the gap between door and frame. It creates the clean architectural lines common in European door construction and reduces the sound and draughts that pass through.
60mm Doors for Better Acoustic and Thermal Performance
Premium Range doors are 60mm thick. The extra thickness, combined with the overlapping rebate, gives enhanced acoustic performance, better noise reduction and improved thermal properties.
Painted MDF or Natural Wood Veneer
Choose MDF painted to your colour for a crisp, modern look. Or choose a natural wood veneer, such as European White Oak, Rustic Oak or Walnut, for real timber grain. Other veneers are available on request.
Solid Timber Frame With a Perimeter Seal
Every Swiss style internal door is supplied with a compatible solid timber frame. The frame is fitted with a discreet perimeter seal that blocks draughts and noise. Because door and frame are made to work together, the rebate closes neatly and evenly.
Concealed Hinges for a Seamless Look
Concealed hinges sit inside the door and frame, so no hinge knuckles show when the door is closed. This “hidden hinge” effect is increasingly requested in homes and hotels. Our concealed hinges come in black, silver and gold finishes.
Optional Raven RP8Si Drop-Down Seal
The Raven RP8Si is a concealed automatic door bottom seal. It sits inside the bottom of the door, drops to the floor when the door closes and lifts clear when it opens. It closes the gap under the door for added noise reduction and thermal performance.
